• Dear Guests, certain rules and regulations have been laid down to ensure the smooth functioning of Vīrya Villas, we request you to kindly read them carefully to ensure your stay with us becomes a memorable one.
• Each and every guest needs to provide an ID proof upon check in
• A refundable deposit of Rs 5000/- will be collected upon check-in which will be returned during check-out, if the number of guests doesn’t exceed the specified number before check in, the check out time is adhered to & if there is no damage to the property
• Smoking inside the Villa is strictly prohibited, We have lots of open space as well as three balconies, kindly smoke in these designated areas to avoid inconvenience to non-smokers.
• Drugs and other Grade A narcotics are strictly prohibited, if any guest is found
  with them the entire responsibility and liability falls on the guest under whose name the booking is made and a fee amount would be deducted from the deposit.
• Our guests safety is our highest priority, therefore we have installed CCTV
  cameras on the terrace and near the swimming pool to monitor and avoid any mishaps.
• Linens wont be changed for the same booking exceeding 3 nights.
• Loud music/noise is prohibited outdoors after 9:50pm, Music can be played inside the villa post 9:50pm at a moderate volume.
• Drinking and eating inside and around the pool is strictly prohibited 
• No littering of waste outside the compound wall.
• Virya villas will not be liable for any legal action taken against the guests.

Kitchen cleaning charge 500/- per night.
Advance payment will be non refundable in case of cancellation.
